Despite KIPP NYC schools and the KIPP Foundation being unified by a common mission to build excellence in education, the respective teams had never occupied the same work space together.

This new headquarters space relies on a planning strategy that uses warm materials to create moments of interorganizational gathering, meeting, and working. Spatial colorways distribute staff members into team neighborhoods with organization-specific rooms and infrastructure.
