Here, new developer teams and entrepreneurs are brought into the space to help them realize their aspirations in a collective environment geared towards the teams' cross-pollination of ideas and work methods. With this process in mind, Method Design established a matrix planning strategy to ensure that teams could interact in a series of meeting, working, and social spaces that allowed for both focused work and shared social interaction.
